Refund Process
Your refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected by our team and received in the same condition as it was sent to you (whether purchased as new, used, or refurbished).
If there is any change in the product's condition from when it was shipped, the appropriate amount will be deducted from your refund to account for the diminished value.

Ship Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing time.
